Healthnostics Reaches Agreement to Acquire MedNets.com

2007 DEC 10 -- Healthnostics, Inc. (OTC: HNSO), a medical and biotechnology analytics company, announced an agreement to acquire MedNets.com, an Internet portal providing information resources to consumers and healthcare professionals. The acquisition is expected to close by December 31, 2007. MedNets.com had nearly 400,000 visitors in the past year with a concentration in consumers. This consumer focus joins the MedBioWeb divisions FamilyMedicalNet portal and further complements the MedBioWorld medical and biotechnology professional portal. "With the MedNets.com acquisition, we are adding a major Internet healthcare presence. MedNets.com is a well established destination that we can further develop into a major consumer and medical professional information resource center," stated Alan Grofe, President. "MedNets.com further enhances our attractiveness to advertisers and sponsors seeking multiple platforms for an economy of scale." Healthnostics' MedBioWeb Corp. subsidiary continues to be in the registration process with the Securities and Exchange Commission with year-end financials to be filed with the SEC. Previously, Healthnostics announced that the Company had filed a registration statement to spin-off MedBioWeb Corp. into a new, fully reporting company.
