2007 JUL 9 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) hosted a "webinar" to encourage Internet bloggers who write on health issues and HIV/AIDS to promote National HIV Testing Day (NHTD), observed annually on June 27th, and HIV testing.

Presenters included Admiral John O. Agwunobi, MD, MBA, MPH, Assistant Secretary for Health; Kevin Fenton, MD, PhD, Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Center for HIV, STD, and TB Prevention; Eileen Couture, DO, FACEP, Oak Forest Hospital, Cook County, Illinois; and Jeremy Brown, MD, George Washington University Medical Center, Washington DC.
