2007 NOV 19 -- Cell Genesys, Inc. (NASDAQ:CEGE) announced that Stephen A. Sherwin, M.D., chairman and chief executive officer of Cell Genesys, will present a company update at the JMP Securities Sector Focus Conference in Boston, Massachusetts on Tuesday, November 13, 2007, at 3:30 p.m. ET.
