2007 NOV 19 -- Sedum Laboratories, Inc., formerly of Mansfield, Mass., is auctioning its U.S. Patent #6,645,525 titled "Ionically Formulated Biomolecule Microcarriers." The untimely death of its founder and driving force of its principal technology, James Woiszwillo, has lead to the dissolution of the research and development company. Several major pharmaceutical companies were in various stages of evaluation.

According to Joseph Popolo, CEO of IpAuctions, Inc., "Woiszwillo, as Chief Scientific Officer, had over 30 years experience in product development, and holds 13 patents, including five in the field of drug development." He was also the founder of Epic Therapeutics, a drug delivery company that was purchased by Baxter Healthcare.

The patent has been reported in numerous pharmaceutical journals, all of which are available online. Sedum Labs' Business and Strategic Plans are accessible at www.IpAuctions.com.

IpAuctions Inc. will hold an online auction November 26-29, 2007. For more information about this and other future medical patent auctions, contact Joseph Popolo at (775) 826-1300 or info@ipauctions.com.
