Quick Test Receives Singapore Approval

A fast, easy-to-use HIV test manufactured by Saliva Diagnostic Systems Inc. (SDS) has received a certificate of free sale from the Ministry of Health in Singapore.

SDS received a copy of the certificate for Hema-Strip HIV 1/2, a rapid HIV antibody immunoassay. The certificate allows the Hema-Strip HIV 1/2 to be manufactured in and distributed from Singapore to other nations and approves the product for use and sale within Singapore as well. "This is the test we've been waiting for," said SDS President Ronald L. Lealos.
