AIDS Therapies (Remune)

Data Presented at the Second Annual Institute of Human Virology Meeting

Results of a study by The Immune Response Corp., Carlsbad, California, researchers indicate decreased levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in HIV-1 infected individuals after treatment with the company's product, Remune.

The finding was announced at Dr. Robert Gallo's Second Annual Institute of Human Virology Meeting, held in Baltimore, Maryland, on September 18, 1997, and the work will be described in an article in the Journal of Human Virology..
