According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 37th ICAAC, held September 28 - October 1, 1997, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, "Preliminary data indicated that the quinoxaline NNRTI, HBY-097 was bound to both albumin (ALB) and (alpha)1 -acid glycoprotein (AGP). In order for us to most rapidly compare the efficacy of a dose of HBY-097 in the presence of plasma proteins, we modeled the multidose human pharmacokinetic data from each patient using the programs in the ADAPT II software package.
