According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 34th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, held May 16-19, 1998, in Los Angeles, California, "Purpose: To report to the literature the largest published series of epidemic Kaposi's sarcoma (EKS), treated with radiation therapy, to summarize and discuss our ten years experience in the treatment of this malignancy.
