AIDS Policy Center Announces New Name and Expanded Mission

The Board of Directors of AIDS Policy Center for Children, announced on January 18, 2000, an expanded mission and a new name: AIDS Alliance for Children, Youth & Families.

"Since 1994, we have established ourselves as the leading advocates for youth and families affected by HIV/AIDS. But today, we're much more than a policy center - our work now includes education, training, and advocacy on a wide range of critical issues," said Mildred Williamson, president of the Board of Directors.
