Anti-Herpes compound license agreement exercised

CytoGenix, Inc., (CYGX) announced that Phanuel Pursuits, LLC (USVI) has exercised its option for an exclusive license for the manufacture and distribution of CytoGenix' proprietary anti-herpes topical cream in the People's Republic of China and also obtained an additional option for a similar arrangement for India.

Both countries are experiencing rapidly increasing incidences of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). With a total 2.3 billion people, India and China have about 40% of world's population. Based on U.S. genital infection rates of 1 in 4 adults, an estimated 575,000,000 people in China and India could be infected.
