Antiviral pronucleotides improved through cycloSal system

The cycloSal system can be used to improve the efficacy of antiviral pronucleotide agents.

"Pronucleotides represent a promising alternative to improve the biological activity of nucleoside analogs against different viral diseases," according to scientists in Germany. "Moreover, pronucleotides are valuable tools for studies concerning the nucleoside/nucleotide metabolism."
