"The prevalence of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP), its clinical and radiological features and the outcome in 121 children aged 2-60 months presenting with severe pneumonia over a 2-month period at Mulago Hospital, Kampala are described," scientists writing in the journal Annals of Tropical Paediatrics report.
