Study 1: Postexposure HIV prophylaxis completion rates following sexual exposure are suboptimal in the U.K.
In a recently published report, investigators in England conducted a retrospective review of case notes from January 2000 to November 2004 to "retrospectively audit the management of postexposure HIV prophylaxis following sexual exposure (PEPSE) against the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV 2004 draft guidance."
