New Soweto Hospice Replaces Make-shift Shelter

Hospice of the Witwatersrand spokesperson, Ella Danilowitz, says, "Soweto Hospice will now be better placed to serve the Soweto and greater Johannesburg community with 24 beds and suitable facilities to support the large team of professional nurses and volunteers who are responsible for home-based care for more than 450 residents at any given time.

"We are grateful to our donors, their valuable support enables us to compassionately offer palliative care and support services for HIV patients with limited prospects."
