Research from F.R. Gulias provides new data on HIV/AIDS monitoring

In this recent study, a individual reseacher in Sao Paulo, Brazil conducted a study "HRP (HIV Replication Program). A computational model to interpret the HIV RNA results" This experimental computer program was developed to be a HIV RNA test enhancer, acquiring informations about HIV virus replication patterns of naive or experienced patients for antiretroviral treatment. With it is possible monitor the level of HIV replication, the type of HIV replication pattern and still realize predictions about mutations occurence through a group of indices.
