Conmed Healthcare Management, Inc. Reports Record $14.8 Million in Revenues for First Quarter 2010

Conmed Healthcare Management, Inc. (NYSE Amex: CONM), a leading full service provider of correctional facility healthcare services to county and municipal detention centers, announced financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2010. First Quarter Financial Highlights Net revenue increased 18.8% to $14.8 million from $12.4 million in last year's comparable period.
Gross profit was $2.9 million (19.7% gross margin), compared to $2.7 million (21.5% gross margin) in the first quarter last year.
Operating expenses as a percentage of sales declined 400 basis points to 15.7% from 19.7% in the year-ago period.
