Provider Synergies manages Medicaid pharmacy programs in Florida

Provider Synergies of Mason has announced that the State of Florida has renewed its contract with the company to manage its Medicaid pharmacy programs.

Under the agreement, Provider Synergies will continue to manage the Florida Medicaid Preferred Drug List (PDL), support its P&T Committee, and negotiate supplemental rebate agreements.

In 2001, the company developed and implemented for the State of Florida the nation's first privately managed PDL and Supplemental Rebate program for Medicaid.
