Blood-focused company appoints 3 to lead development of transfusion technology

ZymeQuest, Inc. announced the appointment of 3 scientists to assume managerial responsibilities related to the research, development and commercialization of its red cell conversion and platelet modification technologies.

Anthony H. Davies, PhD, has been named director of Process Development and Manufacturing. He has 14 years of biotechnology experience ranging from high-throughput cloning to large-scale process development and manufacturing. He received his MA degree in biochemistry from the University of Cambridge, England, and his PhD in biochemical engineering from the University of Birmingham, England.
