Geneva Bioinformatics, SA, (GeneBio) and the Current Science Group announced the formation of a joint venture company called Current BioData, Ltd. The newly formed company will focus on the further development, promotion, and distribution of the ProXenter platform with the aim of bringing it to market in the very near future.
