Researchers from University of Buenos Aires report recent findings in menopause



July 15th, 2007

New research, "Circulating small dense LDL, endothelial injuring factors and fibronectin in healthy postmenopausal women," is the subject of a report. According to recent research from Argentina, "In postmenopausal women (PMW), an adverse lipoprotein pattern and high risk of coronary artery disease has been described. Studies of the mechanisms promoting the higher atherogenic risk observed in healthy PMW are relevant."
