Study results from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Department of Infectious Diseases in the area of influenza therapy published

Fresh data on influenza are presented in the report "Amantadine-oseltamivir combination therapy for H5N1 influenza virus infection in mice." According to a study from the United States, "The clinical management of H5N1 influenza virus infection in humans remains unclear. Combination chemotherapy with drugs that target different viral proteins might be more effective than monotherapy."
