Oncology company appoints new general counsel

Celsion Corp. (CLN) announced that it has appointed Anita J. Finkelstein as vice president and General Counsel.

Finkelstein joins Celsion from her former position as a partner in the corporate practice at Venable LLP, where she served as Celsion's primary outside counsel. Finkelstein, who is also a certified public accountant, is a 1982 graduate of the Yale Law School.
