Drug-discovery company reports Q2 dip in revenues

The company successfully completed the purchase of the Horizon technology and an associated research team from Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., for approximately $9.5 million and future funding commitments.
It has expanded its international presence by forming Gene Logic, KK, a Japan-based subsidiary focused on customer support in the Far East, and by hiring additional business development staff in Germany and the U.K., focused on sales and customer support in Europe.
