Pamela Hymel receives ACOEM Meritorious Service Award, elected ACOEM director

Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. (Sedgwick CMS) reported that senior vice president and corporate medical director Pamela A. Hymel, MD, MPH, FACOEM, has received the 2005 Meritorious Service Award from the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM). Hymel has also been elected to a 3-year term on the ACOEM Board of Directors. ACOEM represents more than 6,000 physicians and other allied health professionals in the United States and Canada in promoting the health and safety of workers, workplaces and environments through preventive medicine, clinical care, research and education.
