Pharmaceutical company enters agreement with Australian OTC drug company

J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (JBCPL) has recently entered into a development and supply agreement with Pharm-a-Care Laboratories Pty Ltd. (Pharm-a-Care), an over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical company in Australia, to further its export business. Under the agreement, JBCPL will develop and manufacture niche products including tablets and lozenges in various OTC therapeutic segments, particularly the cough, cold and flu area, and these products will be exclusively marketed by Pharm-a-Care in Australia.
