Insurer selects product to help members quit tobacco

Free & Clear, Inc., announced that it will provide the Free & Clear Tobacco Treatment Program to members of BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York.

"One of the most effective ways we can help our members take an active part in their good health, is to help them quit smoking," said Phil Smeltzer, vice president of Health Improvement for BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York.
