U.S. FDA grants IND clearance for eniluracil

Adherex Technologies, Inc., (ADH, AHX) announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared its Investigational New Drug (IND) application for eniluracil, which the company in-licensed from GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in July 2005.

This IND clearance enables Adherex to commence U.S.-based clinical trials of eniluracil, as part of its global development plans.
