Medicare Health Support celebrates first year of diabetes support program Florida

The event marks the first year of a 3-year pilot program designed to help more than 17,000 eligible Medicare beneficiaries living with diabetes and/or congestive heart failure, among their conditions, improve their health and preserve their independence.
