Rockeby Biomed appoints European distributor, supplies bird flu test to United Nations

Rockeby Biomed (RBY) has extended its footprint in Europe by appointing German-based AJ-Roboscreen GmbH (AJR) to be its exclusive distributor of avian influenza virus (AIV) tests in Germany, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Slovenia. The company has also made its maiden sale to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), after receiving an order to supply tests to its Tunisia office in North Africa. These developments follow the recent signing of the letter of intent to acquire an equity stake in the Chinese government-backed veterinary diagnostic company AnHeal Laboratories and to supply AIV tests to China.
