Pro-Pharmaceuticals signs agreement to expand recruitment in Germany for biliary cancer trial

Pro-Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (PRW) signed an agreement with CESAR, the Central European Society for Anticancer Drug Research, to recruit biliary cancer patients in Germany. Up to six hospitals will be recruited for the company's Phase II, first line, biliary duct cancer trial. Two clinical sites in the U.S. are participating in this trial. CESAR is a European nonprofit organization that aims to foster research and development of novel anti-tumor agents, therapies and therapeutic strategies in oncology. CESAR comprises medical professionals and scientists with interest in basic research, preclinical and clinical oncology in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. ...
