Akers Biosciences expands home diagnostic product line

Akers Biosciences Inc. (AKR) is pleased to announce that it has obtained a sales and marketing license from a small U.S. diagnostic products company for the development, marketing and distribution of five additional diagnostic tests. These tests are intended to broaden Akers' home diagnostic product line, both in the United States and Europe. The products that were licensed include tests for pregnancy, fertility (ovulation), urinary tract infection, kidney/bladder function, and diabetes in urine.
