Bausch & Lomb expands PureVision Toric parameters

Bausch & Lomb announces that it has expanded the parameters of PureVision Toric to include plus powers as well as a higher cylinder across the entire correction range. This means eye care professionals can now fit virtually all of their astigmatic patients with a proven toric design in a healthy silicone hydrogel contact lens material. The new parameters include: 1) Plus Powers: +0.25 D to +6.00 D in 0.25 D steps, -0.75 D, -1.25 D and -1.75 D cylinder and axis from 10º to 180º ; 2) Higher Cylinder: -2.25 D cylinder across entire range from +6.00D to -9.00D.
