Research from University of Washington, Department of Bioengineering provide new insights into women's health

Current study results from the report, "Amoxicillin pharmacokinetics in pregnant women: modeling and simulations of dosage strategies," have been published. According to a study from the United States, "Amoxicillin is recommended for anthrax prevention in pregnancy. The objective of this study was to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of amoxicillin during pregnancy and postpartum (PP)."
