The Highmark Caring Foundation was recognized today for its innovative program, the Caring Program, which reduces expenses and stress for families of children with special health care needs and reduces health care costs by empowering families and providers. Highmark Caring Foundation's Caring Program is a 2008 winner of the BlueWorks(R) program.
