New bionanotechnology findings from P.N. Chavan and co-researchers published

According to recent research published in the journal Materials Science and Engineering B - Advanced Functional Solid - State Materials, "Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is main mineral component of hard tissues. It is widely used in biomedical applications due to its excellent bioactivity and biocompatibility."
