Chemical Heritage Foundation Honors Biotech Visionary G. Steven Burrill With Richard J. Bolte, Sr. Award for Supporting Industries for His Contributions in Helping Build the Biotechnology Industry

2012 APR 30 -- G. Steven Burrill, a biotech industry visionary and CEO of Burrill & Company, today received the Richard J. Bolte, Sr. Award for Supporting Industries from the Chemical Heritage Foundation for his lifetime achievement in helping build the biotechnology industry globally.

The Chemical Heritage Foundation honored Burrill during its Heritage Day 2012 event in Philadelphia. Heritage Day is the Foundation's annual celebration of the achievements and promise of chemistry and related sciences. The independent, nonprofit organization fosters an understanding of chemistry's impact on society.
