Tartagni, University of Bari, and colleagues "[evaluated] the effectiveness and clinical usefulness of the hypo-osmotic swelling (HOS) test in predicting successful conception in couples in which men with mild male-factor infertility criteria were undergoing a timed vaginal intercourse protocol."
