Canadian pharma appoints Peter Mak, Heinz Frey, and Jin Li as independent directors

Dragon Pharmaceutical, Inc., (DRP) announced the appointment of Peter Mak, Heinz Frey, and Jin Li as additional independent directors to the board. The appointments were the result of discussions with potential candidates in North America, Europe, and Asia, with industry, accounting, and legal expertise who share the same vision as the company. Mak is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in U.K. as well as a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
