November 4th, 2005

Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibition results in downregulation of three histone variants, indicating that antimitotic and anticancer activities may be associated with epigenetic regulation.

According to a study from Czech Republic, "The purpose of this study was to apply a recently introduced proteomic based approach to identify candidate biomarkers of the response to anticancer activity of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, bohemine.
