Widespread B. cenocepacia clone identified in CF patients in Czech Republic

A widespread Burkholderia cenocepacia clone has identified in cystic fibrosis patients in the Czech Republic. According to a study from Czech Republic, "The morbidity and mortality rates in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF) are significantly affected by infections with Burkholderia cepacia complex.
