InforMedix Partners with American Pharmacies of San Antonio

InforMedix Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: IFMX, http://www.informedix.com/), developer of the Med-eMonitor(TM) System for medication adherence and health management, has signed a distribution agreement with American Pharmacies, a co-op of more than five hundred pharmacies owned by Independent Pharmacies, and based in San Antonio, Texas. According to the terms of the agreement, American Pharmacies will initially market and sell the Med-eMonitor(TM) System in three of its affiliated pharmacies as an initial step toward potentially expanding its distribution to other member pharmacies pending the results of the trial run.
