Director clarifies SEC action, company position

GeneMax Corp. (GMXX; GX1) announced the company's position with respect to a lawsuit recently filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against Agora Publishing and other named defendants in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland that references company director, James Davidson. Davidson was not a named defendant in the litigation but was referenced in the text of the complaint. The company has no knowledge as to whether the allegations made in the complaint by the SEC against Agora and other defendants are true.
