Management change announced at biotech company following CFO's resignation

Genmab A/S announced that chief financial officer Michael Wolff Jensen has resigned in order to take up a position as chief financial officer in a start-up Danish biotech, which is not a competitor to Genmab. Michael Wolff Jensen will leave his position at Genmab on August 1, 2003. Genmab has initiated a procedure to find a replacement CFO, and has put in place a structure for the interim period until a new CFO is announced. During this time the overall responsibility for the finance department will be under the direction of Genmab's CEO, Lisa N. Drakeman.
