I-trax, Inc., (DMX), a population health management solutions company, reported results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2002. Total revenue for 2002 was $3,931,000 up more than 500% from revenue of $613,000 for 2001. Full year 2002 net loss was $9,425,000, or $1.04 per share, as compared to a net loss of $14,359,000, or $2.71 per share, for 2001. Total revenue for the fourth quarter of 2002 was $2,155,000 up over 8,000% from revenue of $25,000 for the comparable quarter of 2001.
