Ulich named head of R&D at pharmaceutical firm

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc., announced the appointment of Thomas R. Ulich, MD, as senior VP of research and development. Ulich will report to John Maraganore, president and CEO, and will serve as a member of the company's management team.
