Biotech dermatology company completes $750,000 private placement

AVVAA World Health Care Products, Inc., (AVVW) announced that it has completed a private placement of $750,000 U.S. for 3,000,000 units of the AVVAA common shares at a price of U.S. $0.25 per unit, passed by the board of directors on May 29, 2003. Each unit consists of one common share of AVVAA Rule 144 Stock and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant may be exercised within 24 months of the date of issuance to the purchaser for one common share of AVVAA at a price of U.S. $0.45 during the first 12 months, and thereafter at a price of U.S. $0.65.
