Oncology company completes $4M private placement

Celsion Corporation (CLN) announced that it has completed a private placement of its common stock and associated warrants. In the private placement, Celsion sold 4,550,000 units consisting of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase 0.30 shares of common stock exercisable at $1.25 per share (representing 30% warrant coverage) at a price of $0.88 per unit to institutions and individual investors led by investors in Asia Pacific Life Sciences Group Limited, a group of Hong Kong based investors.
