Pharmaceutical company announces resignation of president

Able Laboratories, Inc., (ABRX) announced that Robert G. Mauro, the company's president and interim CEO and a director, has tendered his resignation and the company has accepted his resignation from each of those positions. The company is presently seeking an appropriate replacement to lead the company in addressing the company's previously disclosed regulatory issues, including its recall of all products and its suspension of all manufacturing operations.
