Patent infarct-related coronary stenting improves left ventricular function

Patients who receive a patent infarct-related artery (IRA) stent after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) demonstrate improved left ventricular function. According to recent research from Taiwan, "This study assesses hemodynamic and angiographic changes in patients with a patent IRA after AMI.
