"Adipocyte plays an important role in lipid regulation in mammals. Understanding of adipocyte differentiation becomes a key issue for the development of anti-obesity agent," investigators in Tainan, Taiwan report. "Glucocorticoids (GCs) regulate lipid metabolism through promoting lipogenesis in adipose tissue.
